Ben
Sidney James Mountain offers a decent, affordable stay. Convenient location near downtown, spacious room with a clean creekside view, and ample parking. Pool and hot tub seemed inviting, even though I didn't try them.
Dead bug found in room.

The Sidney James Mountain Lodge's location is unbeatable, with walking distance to top Gatlinburg attractions and Fourth of July events. The room amenities were excellent, with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and flat-screen TV. The creekside room provided a unique and serene atmosphere, allowing for a tranquil night's sleep with the calming sounds of the nearby creek.
While the location and room amenities were superb, I encountered slight inconveniences during my stay. Unfortunately, the parking was limited and proved to be a bit of a headache.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was incredible. Our rooms were spotless and modest with all 3 lamps, a private balcony plus coffee pot as expected. Its location was great, on a rippling stream.

Our stay at this lodge was mind-blowing! The room was super spacious and had a gas fireplace with a mantle, creating a cozy atmosphere. We were thrilled to find out that our private balcony overlooked the creek, with the soothing sounds of water adding to the overall experience. The friendly and accommodating staff quickly switched our room to a non-smoking one upon our request. The on-site indoor/outdoor pool options were fantastic, along with the well-maintained pools that we enjoyed using. Ample parking right next to our room was a pleasant surprise. The price was affordable, and we got great value for our money. The location was convenient, with a trolley stop in front of the lodge for easy transportation around town. We also appreciated the laundry facility on site. we felt safe, comfortable, and had a fantastic weekend getaway experience.

We truly enjoyed this brand-new hotel, no complains at all. The room was separate, and we had a gorgeous view of the mountain. Had a comfortable stay for our mini vacation and would still consider staying here again.

Loved Gatlinburg, the hotel was newly decorated and reasonably priced close to everything in town.
The staff were very unprofessional, didn't expect that coming.

Jimmy
The room was modest, without a doubt, had coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. The location of the hotel was favourable, close to strip area. The stuff was ready to assist, exceptional and incredible people.
